The process

How Projektlotse works

The marketplace connects companies with IT providers for projects, ongoing support and expert assignments. Contracts and payments stay directly between the businesses.

For companies with IT needs

  1. 1

    Describe your request

Free-form or guided: service area, location, timing, optionally budget and offer deadline.

  2. 2

    Check the preview and publish

You see in advance what providers see. Company name, address and attachments stay confidential.

  3. 3

    Answer questions

Matching, verified providers get in touch. You share details with individual providers on purpose.

  4. 4

    Compare offers

A structured overview of all offers – optionally with a plausibility review by the operator.

  5. 5

    Award and rate

You report the award, the provider confirms. After completion both sides rate each other.

Describe a project

For IT providers

  1. 1

    Register and create a profile

Service areas, locations, service radius, languages and work mode.

  2. 2

    Have your business identity verified

One fitting document is enough. The verification team checks it by hand.

  3. 3

    Receive matching requests

By e-mail notice and in the request search – with filters, bookmarks and saved searches.

  4. 4

Ask questions and make an offer

Clarify open points and submit an offer in the form that fits.

  5. 5

    Confirm the award

When your offer is chosen, you confirm the award. Ratings go both ways.

Marketplace rules

Who receives my request?

Only matching, verified providers

Your request reaches providers whose service area, work mode, languages and region fit. For on-site work the search starts within 50 km and only widens when nobody fits there.

  • Stages: 50 km, 100 km, 200 km, nationwide
  • Remote work nationwide from the start
  • Abroad only with your consent
Verified providers within 50 km hear about your request first – if service area, way of working and language match.
Example: on-site request in Nuremberg. Map data: GeoNames, CC BY 4.0.

After the award

Fair ratings – in both directions

After completion both sides rate each other. Ratings stay hidden until both have submitted or 14 days have passed – so nobody influences the other's rating.

  • Requesting companies appear anonymously in public
  • Moderation only with a stated reason
  • Contract and payment directly between the businesses

Sample view with made-up example data. Requests are never public and are shown to verified providers only.

Your next IT project starts with a good description.

Registration and use are free during the launch phase – no commission, no contract term.
