Projektlotse connects companies with IT needs and verified IT service providers – confidential, comparable and, during the start phase, without any commission.
Why Projektlotse exists
Anyone awarding an IT project in a mid-sized company knows the effort: finding suitable providers, answering the same questions again and again and, in the end, comparing offers that hardly compare.
IT providers know the other side: requests where it stays unclear what is actually needed – and a lot of time spent on offers that fail over one missing piece of information.
Projektlotse puts this process in order. The company describes its project once, in a structured way; suitable, verified providers from the region ask questions and make offers that can be compared side by side. The contract is concluded directly between the companies.
Our principles
Every feature we build is measured against them.
Confidential until you share
Requests are never public. Providers first see a sanitised description; the company releases its name, exact address and attachments when it wants to.
Verified business identity
A provider sees requests only after we have checked, using a register extract or a business registration, that the company exists and that the account represents it. The badge says exactly that – nothing about quality or creditworthiness.
Only suitable providers
A request reaches only providers whose service areas, coverage area and way of working fit the project.
Comparable offers
Offers state price, pricing model, start and duration in the same structure. There is no automatic ranking – you decide.
Honest, not embellished
We show no invented reviews, references or user numbers. Figures appear once they are real.
Free during the start phase
Registration and use are free for both sides, without commission. If that changes, we will announce it in advance.
